Colts Second Witness Says Harrison Was Armed

Shaun Assael and Peter Keating of ESPN The Magazine report district attorney of Philadelphia has decided that the charge against Indianapolis Colt WR Marvin Harrison in connection with an April 29 shooting that left three injured has done while in possession of a declaration of a second victim, who said he saw Harrison take a gun during the altercation, according to a law source.
